The Adventure Begins!

The Pearl has been at sea for at least five days since their last dock, they now head for none other then Tortuga in order to gain some new crew members.

Kaizoku is sitting on the rail holding onto the ropes to keep from falling. She's lost in her thoughts as she looks out over the ocean.

Akihiro walks over to her.

"Hey there Kaizoku! Ready to go drinking in the best pubs on earth?"

She snaps back into reality and looks at Akihiro.

"You know that out of everyone here I'm the only one who hates to drink. I'll stay with the ship like usual."

"Now where is the fun in that?!" Akihiro shakes his head. "I know you don't drink but you should have sonme fun in town. Your always with the ship."

"Yeah, well, I learned my lesson about coming along with you all."

She shivers at the thought.

"And don't you dare try to drag me along again or I swear you'll be picking your brains off the deck for the rest of the night!"

"We arent that bad anymore! Honest!" Akihiro chuckled. "Aw, you wouldnt splatter my brains would ya? I've got so much to use them for!"

"Doubtful, and trust me it's a tempting offer sometimes..."

"As long as its only sometimes, I suppose thats alright then." Akihiro pauses. "So what's on your mind? You looked pretty deep in thought before i came barging in."

She shrugs and looks back out at the ocean.

"Just thinking about when I first arrived aboard the Pearl."

"Oh? Pray tell how did that happen? If you've told the story i certainly havent heard it."

' I'm sure she knows its implied she doesnt have to say..'

She keeps her gaze to the sea. "I ran away from home and sunk aboard. Not much to tell."

"Hm." He nods. "So how close do you say we are, Captain's kid?" Akihiro looked off at the port.

She thinks a moment "We'll probably be there by about midday tomorrow."

"Probably." Akahiro sighed. "Im surprised the rest of the crew isn't going crazy already."

She looks around at the crew. "Same here, maybe they're just saving their energy for when we got there."

"Maybe. I personally think they are secretly stealing rum from the Captain's stores." Akahiro laughs and turns around leaning against the railing.

"I wouldn't be surprised, I mean dad can barley keep tabs on what he has, so it would be easy to snag some from him..."

Bartido he walks over smiling happily as usual. "By midday tomorrow we'll be in Tortuga! Haven't been there in a long while huh?"

"True that." Akahiro raised a hand in greeting to Bartido.

"That we haven't. You ready to drink the town dry?" Akahiro grinned.

His smile wides. "You know it! And this time I'm willing to bet I'll be able to beat you!"

Kaizoku rolls here eyes at the two.

"Keep dreaming! Just because your name as the word 'bar' in it, doesn't mean your anywhere near beating me!" Akahiro lightly punched Bartido's shoulder.

"I got close last time! I was one drink away but I passed out! I'll get that last drink in this time!!"

Kaizoku sighs "Seriously, between you two and my dad how have you not died yet?"

"Sure you will Bartido. Sure you will." Akahiro faced Kaizoku.

Akahiro does his imitation of Jack, "Because I am CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow, Savvy?"

Kaizoku and Bartido both laugh.

"You get better every time!" Bartido says after his laughter calms.

Dramatic bow "Thank you, thank you. I do what i can." Akahiro smirks.

"Speaking of the Capitan, I haven't seem him on deack for a while." Bartido looks at Kaizoku. "why's that?"

Kai shrugs "Not sure really."
